Hey Admin, when you have a chance could you please verify the SM damage?

The only reason i am asking this is because even with 25 rr SM is unplayable, it cant do lvl 3 quest because even with almost 20k ene and 20k agi it only does 100+ damage to mobs.

Also soul barrier is useless, doesnt make any difference in game.
